Notify us of any access restrictions, parking limitations, or special handling requirements. Prepare items appropriately for transport. Be present or have a representative present during the service.

Our Responsibilities

Provide services with reasonable skill and care. Arrive at the agreed time (allowing for traffic and unforeseen circumstances). Handle your belongings with appropriate care. Communicate promptly regarding any delays or issues.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice. Late cancellation fees may apply. We reserve the right to cancel services due to severe weather, vehicle breakdown, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Liability and Insurance

We maintain appropriate insurance for the services we provide. Our liability is limited to the value declared at the time of booking. We are not liable for damage resulting from inadequate packing by the customer. Particularly valuable or fragile items should be declared in advance
